Role Summary

The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

This role exists to keep accounts moving forward by managing communication, follow-ups, scheduling, and internal coordination.

This is not primarily a sales role.
This is not a technical role.

No marketing, SEO, or software expertise is required.

What You Will Do

  • Communicate with clients to move their campaign initiatives forward

  • Schedule and manage follow-ups, check-ins, and next steps

  • Coordinate internally with operations and fulfillment teams

  • Track account status, blockers, and progress in internal systems

  • Ensure timelines, expectations, and responsibilities are clear

  • Escalate risks early before accounts stall
