The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
This role exists to keep accounts moving forward by managing communication, follow-ups, scheduling, and internal coordination.
This is not primarily a sales role.
This is not a technical role.
No marketing, SEO, or software expertise is required.
Communicate with clients to move their campaign initiatives forward
Schedule and manage follow-ups, check-ins, and next steps
Coordinate internally with operations and fulfillment teams
Track account status, blockers, and progress in internal systems
Ensure timelines, expectations, and responsibilities are clear
Escalate risks early before accounts stall
